Renew Online (Website)
1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to Accounts → Profile → Account Status.
3. Select Renew.
Renew via Mobile App
1. Log in to the mobile app.
2. Tap Accounts → Account Profile.
3. Select Renew.
Renew by Paper Form
Certain circumstances may require utilizing the W-8BEN paper form for processing. A paper version of the W‑8BEN form is available in the Form Center.
Please note that a copy of your valid passport may be required during the review of your W‑8 form. Additional supporting documents may also be requested if needed to complete the verification process. Any request for documentation will be sent to you by email.
Online W‑8BEN renewals are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Additional time may be required for paper form processing.
