How do I update my email address in paperless settings?

In order to avoid any interruptions in your paperless enrollment, you must update your email address within the Account Profile page.

  1. Login to your Firstrade account.

  2. Go to Accounts → Profile.

  3. Click on the tab Personal Profile.

  4. Click Edit next to Current Email Address.

  5. Complete and submit your updated email address.

Please allow 1-2 business days for the update to take effect.
