Paperless delivery (E-Documents) may have stopped if an email notification was undeliverable.

In this case, we are required to mail paper statements and trade confirmations. In order to reactivate E-Delivery, please re-enroll the email address for the account. Please be sure that the email address is correct and is able to receive emails.

The following email addresses are used by Firstrade and our clearing firm Apex E-Document delivery. Please whitelist these URLs in your email platform.

  • firstrade.com - customer correspondence delivery

  • proxyvote.com - electronic document delivery

  • icsdelivery.com - electronic document delivery

  • investordelivery.com - electronic document delivery

  • postedge.documentmailbox.com - electronic document delivery

  • isecurus.com - electronic document delivery

  • [email protected] - electronic document delivery

  • [email protected] - electronic document delivery

Note: If E-Document is not properly enrolled to electronic delivery, you will be charged $2 per paper confirmation and $5 per paper statement.

Re-enroll in E-Document delivery after login to your account, by clicking Account > E-Documents > and update the email address in the Go Paperless section.
