  • Never share your login credentials. Your username, password, PIN, and any two-factor authentication details must remain confidential. If you give someone access to your account—intentionally or unintentionally—any resulting actions may be considered authorized.

  • Secure your devices. Enable password protection, biometric authentication, and monitor for unusual activity on any phone, tablet, or computer used to access your Firstrade account.

  • Use advanced security technologies. Make sure your account is protected with tools like firewalls, encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and fraud detection. These technologies help guard your personal and financial data from unauthorized access behind the scenes.

  • Avoid remote access scams. Do not allow others to remotely control your device or download software at someone else’s request. Firstrade will never ask you to install third-party tools or transfer money for account verification.

  • Report unusual activity immediately. If you suspect unauthorized access or see suspicious behavior in your account, contact our 24/7 support through our official channels right away.

Keep In Mind

  • Firstrade will not reimburse losses if customer actions—such as sharing credentials, granting remote access, or transferring funds—facilitated unauthorized account activity.

  • We do not provide refunds to customers who fall victim to scams in cases where an investigation finds the activity was initiated or supported by the customer.

  • Always confirm any messages or instructions directly within the Firstrade platform. Never rely on phone numbers or links found through internet searches or third-party emails.
